PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN GEL LIDAH BUAYA (ALOE VERA) PADA PEMBUATAN SKIN LOTION DARI MINYAK KELAPA MURNI (VIRGIN COCONUT OIL)

This research was aimed to determine the effect of addition aloe vera gel toward characteristic skin lotion and best gel. used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisiting 5 treatments 3 replications. Data were analyzed statistically using ANOVA followed by Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% significance level. Treatment in present is 0 g; 10 15 20 g. The observations result product organoleptic, physical analysis, chemical moisturize test, irritation microbiological analysis antioxidant activity test. which observed such as viscosity, specific gravity, emulsion stability pH value. this showed that difference significantly affected moisture activities product, did not viscosity stability. products based on organoleptic test treatment B (addition g), with an average panelists score appearance 87%, color 83%, aroma 70%, thick consistency 77% stickiness while g) 8.333 cP; gravity 1,01; 100%; 98,07%; value 7,771; 16,60%; 0; total plate count 9,5 x 101 cfu/ml.
